We want you to love what you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Certain products like personal care items, innerwear, or customized products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
To start a return, please contact us at cooseful3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide the return address or arrange pickup depending on your pin code.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- In case the product is out of stock or unavailable, a store credit or full refund will be issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at cooseful3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
